The Senior Technical Business Analyst will be pivotal in understanding and articulating customer requirements to our Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to convert actionable business needs into functional and technical specifications, including process mapping of functional flows. Additionally, you will ensure that all requirements are documented clearly and accurately to support the development lifecycle.
