POSITION SUMMARY

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will spearhead projects to understand and address our customers’ needs, providing technical support and ensuring alignment with Business Units (BUs) to deliver solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

As an essential contributor to business success, you will lead strategic planning initiatives, implement growth strategies, and ensure scalability in alignment with corporate objectives to achieve our vision and targets.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Oversee overall project management, establishing project targets based on evolving business needs, while collaborating closely with local and global management teams to meet all objectives.
  • Assess, comprehend, and anticipate customer needs, fostering long-term relationships and sustainable solutions.
  • Enhance customer experience continuously through team development, process optimization, and support tool enhancements.
  • Manage the installation of new products and subsequent process development.
  • Lead new site start-up planning and risk assessment to ensure readiness and successful execution for customer satisfaction.
  • Define project scope and resource planning in collaboration with BUs, escalating any resource gaps to management.
