Define the strategy and success metrics for Commercial Data products, focusing on scalability, reliability, and accuracy for Attribution and Commission.
Collaborate with Revenue, Data Platform, and analytical teams to transition key logic from analytical pipelines into a robust, service-oriented architecture.
Transform business objectives into data-driven incentive structures and measurable performance KPIs by cooperating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Develop data products that unveil attribution and commission insights via self-service tools for commercial and finance stakeholders.
Lead the exploration and implementation of advanced attribution logic, including multi-touch and dynamic reassignment models for future commercial impact analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You possess a proven track record in delivering results within complex data ecosystems and creating scalable, reliable data products.
You excel in collaborating with engineering teams, interpreting API specifications and data schemas, and contributing to system architecture design.
You have a comprehensive understanding of data reliability metrics, including latency, lineage, and service performance (SLOs/SLIs).
You are adept at translating intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable product definitions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your role will involve untangling a complex landscape, merging various models and data sources into a cohesive, reliable system that ensures precise measurement and equitable, scalable incentive frameworks. This position demands a robust technical and analytical skill set, enabling you to navigate intricate data ecosystems while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams efficiently.
You will work hand-in-hand with Sales Channels, Pricing, Finance, and Incentives stakeholders, along with engineering and data teams, to develop dependable and high-quality data products within the Commercial Systems & Intelligence domain. This collaborative effort will establish a product-led “Sales DNA,” ensuring our commercial data is precise, accessible, and actionable, ultimately empowering teams across SumUp to make informed decisions and stimulate sustainable growth.
