About the Role

We are in search of a highly driven and seasoned Hardware Compute Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team, emphasizing the New Product Introduction (NPI) of our cutting-edge GPU hardware. In this crucial role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to mass production, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of our innovative GPU products that will drive the future of AI.

You will navigate the complexities of hardware development cycles, collaborate with world-class engineers, and influence strategic decisions to bring revolutionary technology to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end NPI programs for next-generation GPU hardware, from initial concept and architecture definition through design, validation, manufacturing, and production ramp.
  • Create detailed program plans, roadmaps, and schedules, defining key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
  • Track program progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and accountability among all stakeholders.
