The Role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager - Data Center Operations, your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational performance across our data center IT and infrastructure teams by leveraging data-driven insights, systematic tracking, and cross-team collaboration. This position focuses on operational efficiency, performance measurement, and ongoing improvement. You will establish success metrics, promote transparency within operations, and assist teams in optimizing execution at scale.
Travel: This role may necessitate on-site presence at data centers.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Defining, implementing, and continuously refining KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for data center operations.
- Establishing tracking frameworks to assess performance, incidents, and efficiency across teams.
- Leading operational reviews (weekly/monthly) to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and avenues for improvement.
- Ensuring visibility and accountability through structured reporting and data-driven insights.
- Standardizing processes across sites to enhance operational consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align operational performance with business objectives and customer SLAs.
