Key Responsibilities:Gather and monitor requirements and documentation, ensuring alignment between internal team requests and tracking deliveries. Oversee the status of wafers and chips in fabrication and testing environments, ensuring timely measurements and feedback for iterative improvements. Identify schedule risks and provide transparency regarding delays, bottlenecks, and critical issues while proposing effective solutions to realign timelines. Facilitate information and sample flow among design, layout, fabrication, and testing teams to optimize learning cycles, prioritizing essential tasks. Organize face-to-face meetings and technical workshops with internal and external partners, both domestically and internationally. Monitor expenses and compare them to budget forecasts for all fabrication-related activities, reporting any discrepancies; prepare Purchase Orders as necessary. Critically assess, synthesize, and present program status to cross-functional teams, directly influencing key program decisions and updates. Establish, finalize, and communicate clear project timelines, identifying significant milestones, risks, and completion dates.

As the TPM for Fabrication Operations, you will significantly influence the collaboration between design, layout, fabrication, and testing teams, particularly with our external fabrication partners.
