Your Impact
Axon is in search of a passionate and experienced Program Manager for Adoption & Enablement to spearhead internal training and customer engagement throughout the Fusus lifecycle. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training, developing curricula, ensuring quality assurance, and providing ongoing support post-deployment.

This position blends program management with hands-on instructor-led training, equipping both Axon teams and law enforcement clients to effectively utilize Fusus workflows. Your success will hinge on your ability to convey platform functionalities and the technical principles that drive successful implementations, while also transforming real-world operational scenarios into scalable training experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a proficient cross-functional collaborator with a solid operational grasp of Axon Fusus, outstanding facilitation skills, and the capability to independently conduct training and enablement sessions. This pivotal role is essential for guiding customers through a seamless transition from deployment to ongoing support, optimizing product usage, enhancing operational readiness, and achieving long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Location: US-based Axon hub sites (including Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Scottsdale, or the Seattle metro area)
Travel: Approximately 50% of the time
Reports to: Senior Director, RTO SaaS Delivery
