Contribute significantly to the agile methodology at Compass and high-level planning on both quarterly and annual bases. Promote operational and cost excellence along with continuous process improvement across the organization. Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and facilitate decision-making through well-crafted narratives at both executive and team levels. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and scale technology operations for ongoing improvement. What We Are Seeking:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.7+ years of Technical Program Management experience within a fast-paced technology environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in building relationships with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
