ABOUT THE TEAM

The Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) Division at Anduril is on the lookout for an innovative Technical Program Manager to join our ranks. This division has dual objectives: to develop highly capable autonomous drones and to manufacture solid rocket motors at scale. We take products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts to fully operational systems by collaborating closely with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team designs and fabricates solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, employing high-volume production techniques to deliver safe and reliable propulsion systems tailored to a diverse range of mission needs. We seek software and hardware engineers passionate about contributing to a dynamic portfolio that spans autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams tackle the most demanding challenges, working collaboratively with specialists to address the toughest problems faced by our clients.

We invite you to apply for the role of Technical Program Manager, where you will guide the complete technical delivery of our development initiatives. In this capacity, you will oversee technical planning and cross-functional execution to ensure the success of our programs. Partnering closely with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and various Functional Engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineering), you will drive the development and integration of Anduril's products and technologies while managing costs, timelines, execution risks, and schedules to achieve exceptional delivery outcomes.
