ABOUT THE JOB
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Program Manager (TPM) to steer the hardware development and maturation of our Sentry platform from the initial concept to full-scale production. This role encompasses the integration of capabilities, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management—ensuring our designs evolve from prototype to field-ready products, meeting the reliability, quality, and repeatability necessary for mission success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware product development and system integration, excel in ambiguous environments, and be passionate about creating systems that make an impact.
You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and robotics engineers, driving the integration of sensors and electromechanical subsystems while facilitating a seamless transition from engineering to production. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the product team and various internal business lines, effectively balancing customer urgency with disciplined execution.
This is not merely a coordination role—it’s an opportunity to design and scale real, deployable systems that protect lives and reshape defense operations. You will be part of a small, high-ownership team at the intersection of engineering execution and impactful product development, ensuring that cutting-edge autonomous platforms transition from the lab to the field efficiently and reliably.
