The Space division at Anduril is on a mission to extend our AI capabilities to the cosmos, bolstering Space Domain Awareness, Space Control, and Command and Control for military and allied operations. Our team is focused on the development of fully integrated hardware and software systems, such as Lattice for Space Missions and modular payloads, to counteract emerging threats in space and ensure our Guardians maintain a strategic advantage in this critical theater of war.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Space division. In this role, you will act as the primary capture lead and, upon securing contracts, transition to managing accounts for several upcoming initiatives within our Space Business line. You will oversee the daily execution of program objectives and tasks, collaborating with Business Operations to manage budgets and schedules while working closely with customers and the Growth team to achieve technical goals and fulfill contractual obligations.
This position is directly linked to multiple ongoing orbital programs and active pursuits across Anduril’s Space Business Line, requiring the execution of various space system development and delivery contracts as well as capture efforts for diverse dynamic space operations missions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership: As a TPM, you will take ownership of projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture. Lead projects from inception to completion alongside customers and engineering teams. Craft actionable technical strategies, identify engineering requirements, and validate expected outcomes with stakeholders. TPMs are entrusted with significant responsibilities and are expected to drive projects forward with passion and accountability.
