About the job
At Anduril Industries, we are revolutionizing defense technology to enhance military capabilities for the U. S. and its allies. By integrating the innovation, expertise, and technological advancements typical of 21st-century companies, we are redefining the design, production, and distribution of military systems. Our systems are driven by Lattice OS—an AI-powered operating system that synthesizes vast data streams into a dynamic 3D command and control platform. As we navigate an increasingly competitive global landscape, Anduril is dedicated to delivering pioneering solutions in autonomy, artificial intelligence, computer vision, and sensor fusion at unprecedented speeds.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division is on a dual mission: to develop advanced autonomous drones and to manufacture solid rocket motors at scale. We transform innovations such as Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from conceptual designs into fully operational systems through close collaboration with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. The Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team designs and produces solid rocket motors utilizing cutting-edge materials and proprietary methods, ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable propulsion systems tailored to diverse mission needs. TRS recruits passionate software and hardware engineers eager to contribute to a robust portfolio that includes autonomous aerial systems and high-performance rocket motors, all developed to function effectively in the most demanding operational environments.
