Program Execution & Delivery
Lead the execution of comprehensive data programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
Create project plans, monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and facilitate resolution of blockers across teams.
Identify and manage dependencies between teams proactively.
Coordinate program activities across product and engineering teams.
Provide regular updates on program status to key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including product, engineering, and security, to ensure alignment on scope, success criteria, and timelines.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and translating business needs into actionable technical plans.
Assist in the intake and prioritization of new initiatives, collaborating with leadership and PMs to define roadmaps and OKRs.
Operational & Technical Excellence
Establish and implement best practices for program delivery, including documentation and status reporting.
Track and report on key metrics such as delivery velocity and business impact.
Mentor junior program managers, fostering operational excellence through agile best practices and driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration across domain initiatives.

Join our dynamic team at FanDuel as we revolutionize the fan experience. We are in search of a Senior Technical Program Manager to become an integral part of our expanding Platform team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of cross-functional, high-impact data initiatives.
This hands-on, delivery-oriented position requires collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure our internal platforms are scalable, secure, and finely tuned to meet developer needs. You will receive support and guidance from your colleagues to achieve successful outcomes while working closely with teams across product and engineering to incorporate their insights, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and utilize data to inform your decisions.
In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you may be asked to perform other duties as needed to ensure operational flexibility and adapt to evolving business requirements.
