We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the support of our AI functionalities through various stages, including go-live, hypercare, and Business As Usual (BAU). This role is crucial in ensuring the uninterrupted service of our essential AI features, while also collaborating with the broader team to manage and refine backlogs at the portfolio level, ensuring that product developments are responsive to evolving client and market needs.

Your initial responsibilities will center on guaranteeing the successful implementation and ongoing management of our updated Language AI Gemini feature.

This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff within the Player Engagement (PE) team, facilitating seamless integration with project management and data stewardship.
