Job Summary:
This pivotal role involves spearheading and overseeing large-scale, intricate technical projects from their inception through to successful completion. You will engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, encompassing engineering, product management, design, and other key stakeholders to establish project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations. This position will require strategic foresight to align projects with the overarching goals of the organization. You will work in close coordination with senior management to offer insights and recommendations that will aid in critical decision-making.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage complex technical projects from start to finish, working with diverse teams to clearly define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Planning and Execution: Craft meticulous project plans that outline milestones, critical paths, and resource distributions. Drive project execution, track progress, and proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges that may affect project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication across various teams and stakeholders. Deliver regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources to achieve project goals. Collaborate with team leaders to resolve resource constraints and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management methodologies and processes to boost team efficiency, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Quality Assurance: Assure compliance with the company's quality standards and best practices. Supervise testing, validation, and quality assurance tasks to guarantee the delivery of high-caliber products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address project obstacles and challenges, collaborating with the team to devise effective solutions. Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members to improve their project management competencies and cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
  • Perform other related duties or specialized tasks as assigned.
