Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience within dynamic, high-growth tech startups in the United States.
Demonstrated success in filling challenging roles, utilizing sourcing tools, conducting market research, and crafting personalized outreach strategies.
Proficient in analyzing and interpreting recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and market data, leveraging insights to enhance strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers.
Adept at quickly absorbing information regarding new roles and requirements, showcasing adaptability, curiosity, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, deliver regular updates, and manage expectations, while building trust as a strategic partner in the hiring process.
