This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in our Amsterdam office.
As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical support for issues related to the Databricks Platform. Your expertise will help resolve challenges involving our unified analytics platform, guiding customers on their journey with Databricks. You will be a trusted resource for inquiries ranging from fundamental technical questions to intricate architectural scenarios across the Big Data ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Solutions.
Your Impact:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues pertaining to the Databricks platform.
- Provide best practices support for customized solutions developed by Databricks customers.
- Offer recommendations for enhancing performance in customer-specific environments.
- Assist with issues regarding third-party integrations within the Databricks environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams to facilitate the resolution of customer issues and requests.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles.
- Act as a strong advocate for customer needs.
- Enhance your expertise in AWS/Azure and the Databricks platform through ongoing learning and internal training programs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation during weekdays and weekends.
- Help establish our Databricks São Paulo office as a pioneering location.
