About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial customer-facing role focused on troubleshooting, supporting, and optimizing our SaaS platforms, in addition to assisting with endpoint deployments. This position merges technical expertise with exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues within service level agreements (SLAs) while fostering customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues across various SaaS applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot Nightfall integrations with platforms like Google Workspace, Gmail, M365, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Diagnose and resolve API issues, including authentication and data flow errors.
- Support SIEM/SOAR integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows.
- Assist in troubleshooting endpoint deployments, including MSI, PKG, macOS profiles, and scripts.
- Provide support for deployments via MDM solutions such as Workspace ONE, Jamf, Kandji, and Intune.
- Collect and analyze logs from system, application, and security layers.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for internal and customer-facing use.
