Qualifications
Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and social networks. Utilize diverse research methods and sourcing techniques to build a talent pool for open positions. Maintain accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Participate in briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to fully understand the requirements and assist in developing search strategies. Create and nurture talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs. Requirements:Bachelor's Degree. Strong intermediate or higher proficiency in spoken and written English. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing. Creative research skills and the ability to quickly learn about new tech roles and business domains, delivering effective search strategies. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build strong relationships with potential candidates. Highly organized and data-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail. Analytical mindset. A strong curiosity and desire to learn. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in Ukrainian is a must.
