Your Role at Leapsome
Join our collaborative and product-centric engineering team that is redefining the integration of quality assurance within software development. At Leapsome, QA is not an isolated function; it is a vital component of the engineering workflow. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer/Software Development Engineer in Test, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, customer success teams, and designers to ensure that every feature meets exceptional quality and user satisfaction standards.
In this role, you will engage in hands-on testing, automation, and creative problem-solving. You will lead automation initiatives using tools like Playwright, refine incoming tasks, and assist in manual testing where necessary to support scheduled release processes. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in upholding the engineering team’s quality standards, advocating for best practices, and exploring innovative testing methodologies, including the use of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks utilizing tools like Playwright, ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable test coverage.
Work in close collaboration with engineers throughout the development lifecycle to identify edge cases and potential issues early on.
