Create comprehensive test plans to validate and verify the Archer Electric Engine Tilt-rotor system, which includes various electrical actuation components and mechanisms. Design and conduct requirements-based verification tests using custom test stands. Analyze test data and compile detailed technical test reports. Investigate any issues that arise during testing to identify root causes and propose product enhancements. Enhance test stands and tooling to improve testing processes. Work collaboratively with software developers, systems engineers, and design teams to ensure seamless integration. Assist in the development and review of aircraft-level and system-level technical documentation, including manuals and procedures. Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and tools. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or related field). A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing highly integrated, safety-critical systems (experience in aerospace, automotive, or healthcare is preferred). Proficiency in requirements-based testing methodologies.
