Your Role:
- Utilize your extensive experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, VnV, and Agile.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile environments.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Engage in requirements elicitation and prepare test scenarios aligned with these requirements.
- Design effective test cases for various phases, including regression, SIT, ST, and UAT.
- Conduct test case peer reviews and ensure comprehensive testing across all phases.
- Prepare test environments and execute test cases efficiently.
- Report defects and collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Identify automatable test scenarios and document lessons learned and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with the Test Lead/Manager and contribute to team success.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a team.
