Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Thermal Engineer specializing in Liquid Cooling Systems to enhance our team and spearhead our thermal management initiatives for high-performance systems. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge thermal management solutions for our advanced data center products. Your proficiency in water cooling, thermal simulations, and cooling system design will be vital in ensuring peak thermal performance and reliability. You will engage with various water cooling components, including internal manifolds, quick disconnects, CDU (Coolant Distribution Units), heat exchangers, and sophisticated thermal interface materials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and optimization of advanced thermal management systems for high-performance data center products, with an emphasis on innovative water cooling solutions.
Develop and execute water cooling strategies, including internal manifolds, quick disconnects, CDUs, and heat exchangers, to ensure effective cooling and thermal management for high-power processors and other critical components.
Design and oversee direct-to-processor water cooling systems to efficiently dissipate heat and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
Perform comprehensive thermal simulations to predict and analyze thermal performance, utilizing results to inform system design and optimization.
Select and assess thermal interface materials (TIMs) for various cooling solutions, optimizing their performance to enhance thermal conductivity and heat dissipation.
Investigate and implement innovative thermal cooling concepts, such as phase change cooling and other advanced techniques.
Supervise the testing and validation of thermal management systems to ensure compliance with performance standards.
