About the job
Anduril Industries develops advanced defense technology for the U. S. and allied military forces. The company combines technical expertise with agile practices to deliver military systems quickly. Its Lattice OS platform uses AI to transform large data sets into real-time 3D command and control, supporting autonomy, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking. The team aims to provide new military capabilities in months, not years.
The Test and Analysis team at Anduril makes sure products can handle demanding air, land, sea, and space conditions. Team members collaborate with product groups throughout the lifecycle, from design and development to validation. Their work covers requirement analysis, environmental and electromagnetic interference testing, reliability assessment, and support for sustainable manufacturing. Analytical modeling, including structural-thermal-optical performance (STOP) analysis, helps identify ways to improve durability and deliver solutions efficiently.
