Having developed critically acclaimed titles like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2, we are looking for a talented individual to help us build the high-quality experiences that our players have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities
⬝ Develop and uphold the development tools that empower our creative teams.
⬝ Design, implement, and maintain user-friendly interfaces.
⬝ Identify and resolve challenges in our content creation workflows and pipelines.
⬝ Collaborate closely with narrative tools across departments including writing, scripting, and cinematics.
⬝ Work collaboratively with a diverse team to integrate new engine and editor features.
⬝ Drive feature development by identifying optimal solutions for engine and tools enhancements.
⬝ Maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.
⬝ Represent team values in everyday communications.
⬝ Mentor fellow team members, serving as a role model in the workplace.
Qualifications
⬝ Over 5 years of experience in game development tool creation.
⬝ Proven success in shipping game titles.
⬝ Strong proficiency in C# and . NET for desktop applications.
⬝ In-depth knowledge of WPF and XAML.
⬝ Expertise in UI/UX and tool design.
⬝ Experience in enhancing long-standing internal tools, including legacy components.
⬝ Solid understanding of C++.
⬝ Open-mindedness and a willingness to iterate features based on feedback.
⬝ Ability to analyze and understand workflows across various disciplines.
⬝ Eagerness to receive constructive criticism and engage in discussions with end-users.
