Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Senior Training Development Analyst in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position focuses on designing, developing, and supporting the delivery of technical training programs for field technicians and other internal audiences. The analyst works alongside senior team members to shape instructional content, drive process improvements, and ensure training aligns with company standards.

What you will do

  • Assist in building and refining training modules using instructional frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
  • Support needs assessments and collaborate with senior staff to define training requirements.
  • Develop and update training materials, including guides, workbooks, multimedia resources, and job aids.
  • Ensure all training content meets accessibility guidelines and company standards.

Evaluation and improvement

  • Gather participant feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Levels 1 and 2.
  • Analyze assessment data and suggest improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
  • Participate in projects that aim to enhance learning outcomes and program quality.

Collaboration and stakeholder engagement

  • Work with subject matter experts and teammates to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Support team initiatives and coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with training stakeholders across the organization.

Project and resource management

  • Manage assigned tasks within training development projects to meet established deadlines.
  • Track participation and completion metrics for training programs.
  • Organize technical training attendance by gathering requirements and managing schedules and rosters for in-person sessions.
