Qualifications
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools. Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
