Key ResponsibilitiesCraft end-to-end user experiences for intricate security workflows, encompassing threat detection, investigations, and automated responses. Convert technical concepts (AI agents, alerts, policies, risk signals) into accessible interfaces. Collaborate with Product Managers to identify user challenges, requirements, and metrics for success. Work in tandem with Engineers to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and effectively implemented. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs utilizing modern design tools. Conduct user research and usability tests with security professionals to validate and refine designs. Contribute to the evolution of our design system to maintain consistency and enhance efficiency. Promote user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
