Key Responsibilities
CQV Execution & Safety
- Conduct Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) tasks with a strong emphasis on safety
- Ensure timely delivery of C&Q activities in line with project timelines
- Monitor and report on the progress of CQV initiatives
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in the creation and review of C&Q procedures for client projects
- Revise qualification-related documents, including SOPs, master plans, and execution strategies
- Aid in the CQV assessment and qualification of equipment design
Project Planning & Coordination
- Facilitate the planning of commissioning spares and consumables
- Distribute project resources for optimal execution
- Oversee support and logistics during CQV activities
Testing & Vendor Management
- Support the execution of design reviews, equipment shakedown, commissioning, FATs, IQ, OQ, and PQ tasks
- Collaborate with project contractors and equipment suppliers to carry out necessary testing
