What You'll Bring:8+ years of experience in managing operations or production, preferably in the FMCG sector. Proven ability to track KPIs and cost metrics in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment. Experience in labor-intensive and agency worker settings. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and their application in warehouse/production environments. Extensive understanding of Lean manufacturing principles (black belt certification preferred). A collaborative and egoless approach: You are comfortable interacting at all organizational levels, welcome constructive feedback, and prioritize team success above all. Adaptability and Agility: You excel in dynamic environments, navigating change smoothly and making informed decisions under pressure. Creative Problem-Solving: You possess an innovative mindset, consistently identifying new ways to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

As the Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager at HelloFresh, you will report directly to the Director of Operations, taking complete operational leadership of our facility. Your role encompasses leading the warehouse and planning teams while effectively managing our third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Your primary mission is to guarantee that the site operates smoothly, safely, and within financial constraints amidst the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced environment. You will be accountable for daily performance metrics (KPIs) and the strategic long-term development of the facility, including potential future expansions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee our Production site, including leadership of the warehouse and planning teams, while managing our agency and hourly workforce.
Foster continuous improvement in cost, quality, and safety within a rapidly evolving environment.
Engage and influence external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and resolving conflicts to meet operational and business goals.
Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans, including potential launches or expansions of our production site.
Enhance operational performance by achieving key KPIs such as efficiency and error rates, with full accountability for labor, equipment, and continuous improvement budgets.
Work collaboratively with international sites to promote standardization, best practice sharing, and operational consistency.
Mentor, train, and support team members in their career progression.
