Required Qualifications:Over 4 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and optimizing analytics tools. Proven expertise with Google Tag Manager. Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, affiliates, and external partners. Strong understanding of GDPR and its implications for data collection. Awareness of how tags can influence website performance (Page Load). Experience working with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, speaking). Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with other analytics platforms (Adobe, Piwik, Matomo). Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn). Knowledge of CMPs such as OneTrust or Cookiebot. Experience with Looker Studio reporting. Understanding of Core Web Vitals analysis. Proficiency in web languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our comprehensive digital measurement framework, with a primary focus on leveraging the Google Marketing Platform and its associated technologies.

The perfect candidate will possess a harmonious blend of marketing acumen and technical capabilities, ensuring that our data collection practices comply with GDPR standards. You will champion best practices and translate business objectives into actionable insights, bridging the gap between our business, product, and engineering teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain tracking codes, tags, and events using Google Tag Manager.
  • Configure and enhance Google Analytics 4 properties for web and mobile applications.
  • Evaluate and mitigate the impact of tags on the website performance and loading speed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to gather and define tracking requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business goals and measurement needs.
  • Design dashboards and tailored reports in GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Conduct analytics audits to ensure the accuracy of data collection and reporting.
  • Articulate insights and recommendations in a clear, business-friendly manner.
  • Establish tagging strategies and measurement frameworks for precise tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
  • Oversee the governance of Google tools, including GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, Firebase, BigQuery, and others.
