Qualifications

Proven experience in desktop infrastructure management, with a strong proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex third-line technical issues. In-depth knowledge of Group Policy Object (GPO) management and troubleshooting. Experience managing and supporting endpoint tools and services, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM), SCCM, Intune, and Azure. Familiarity with application packaging tools such as Master Packager, Admin Studio, PSADT, and Orca. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects, including application rollouts and upgrades. Exposure to PowerShell Universal, Grafana, and Splunk. Solid understanding of security principles and experience with WSUS, AutoPatch, Ivanti, and Patch My PC. Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive in identifying, mitigating, and addressing potential technology opportunities.

As a Senior Windows End User Technology Engineer, you will leverage your extensive technical knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions and exceptional end-user support. Your role will involve leading the design, configuration, and management of desktop infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud. As a vital member of a high-performing team, you will ensure that our platforms and services are operational, secure, and compliant, enabling our business to function seamlessly throughout the year.

In this position, you will provide third-line maintenance and support for a global desktop infrastructure, ensuring that endpoints are updated and vulnerabilities as well as security risks are promptly addressed. Engaging actively with end users through face-to-face interactions will be key to your success as you demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

We are looking for a leader with strong technical skills who can drive project work utilizing structured methodologies, provide regular updates, and mentor team members. You will manage escalated technical issues, ensuring swift service restoration while fostering ongoing team development.
