Role Overview: Senior Windows Identity Detection Engineer
This position focuses on identifying and countering new identity-based threats within Windows environments. The engineer will design and implement behavior-based detection methods, create tools and proofs of concept to prevent attacks like Pass-the-Hash, Silver Ticket, and multi-factor authentication bypass. The work directly strengthens the security of millions of Windows endpoints running SentinelOne’s platform.
This is also an opportunity to help shape SentinelOne’s new Identity Security business area, contributing from the earliest stages and expanding expertise beyond Windows security.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research, design, and implementation of behavior-based detection for emerging identity threats in Windows environments.
- Develop tools and proofs of concept to address attacks such as Pass-the-Hash, Silver Ticket, and MFA bypass.
- Take end-to-end ownership of detection capabilities, from initial research through deployment.
