Key Responsibilities:Conduct predictive and physical radio frequency (RF) site surveys. Design, implement, and fine-tune enterprise wireless networks. Troubleshoot RF interference and optimize wireless performance. Support and maintain wireless controllers and access points. Engage actively in Agile processes and technical discussions. Effectively communicate technical insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. Deliver immediate contributions with minimal ramp-up time in high-stakes environments. Establish and maintain robust customer relationships based on technical competence, responsiveness, and reliability. Qualifications for Success:Possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Hold DoD 8140 certification relevant to the 441 Network Operations Specialist role, such as Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security. More than 10 years of experience in network engineering, specifically in enterprise wireless networking. Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex enterprise Wi-Fi systems. Hands-on experience with predictive and physical wireless site surveys, including RF analysis and performance validation.
