We are on the lookout for a Senior Development Engineer to join our team and ensure the sustained excellence of our Zen product line, currently at version 15. This product plays a crucial role in various embedded systems where the database product remains unseen by the end user.
As a Senior Sustaining Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of the Zen product suite, which processes vast amounts of data critical to our customers' operations around the clock. This role requires you to be a hands-on contributor, leveraging your strong software development skills while collaborating closely with Support, QA, and Development teams. You will immerse yourself in the nuances of different product versions and troubleshoot existing code to resolve defects identified by both internal and external users. Your expertise will position you as the primary contact for customer escalations directed to Engineering, allowing you to apply your judgment within established practices to devise effective solutions.
