POSITION OVERVIEW
This full-time, salaried position within our Content Marketing Department is designed for a remote worker who can thrive in a home-based environment five days a week. Our typical operational hours are between 7 AM - 4 PM PT, Monday through Friday. However, this role prioritizes achieving specific outcomes with effective communication over strict timekeeping. While we value work-life balance, there may be rare occasions requiring additional hours during product launches or special events throughout the year.
MISSION
The mission of the SEO Writer is to enhance the overall profitability of Community Influencer by producing optimized, educational blog posts for our website.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Craft search engine-optimized content aimed at driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales.
- Conduct thorough research on real estate marketing topics to generate original content.
- Utilize keyword research and SEO best practices to elevate web traffic.
- Create captivating titles that engage search engine users.
- Develop high-quality content relevant to our marketing initiatives.
- Identify pertinent keywords and phrases related to real estate marketing.
- Write informative blog posts that educate real estate agents on marketing strategies.
- Research topics to provide fresh insights and valuable information for our audience.
- Review existing content for accuracy and relevance.
- Assess the effectiveness of content created by colleagues to ensure it aligns with our SEO objectives.
- Analyze analytics data to optimize content as needed.
- Regularly update website content to adhere to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with other Content Team members to enhance articles visually.
- Proofread content for grammatical accuracy and consistency.
- Edit and refine existing content to improve clarity and engagement.
