What You Will Do Design and operate products in the financial domain with a focus on scalability and stability. Work closely with partners to solve real problems, seeing the direct impact of your work and growing quickly. Move fast to achieve medium- and long-term goals for the domain, leading change where needed. Drive the adoption of AI Agent-based automation throughout the domain and help grow the platform. Who We’re Looking For At least one year of hands-on experience in software development. Background in designing and running high-availability, scalable systems. Experience building systems that handle large-scale, real-time traffic. Interest in, or experience with, AI-driven operational automation. Platform engineering design experience is a plus. Knowledge of financial products (such as loans, cards, or insurance) is helpful. Interest or experience in real-time data processing or Flink is beneficial. Experience setting up test infrastructure or mock servers is a plus. Understanding of regulatory or compliance requirements, or experience designing governance, is valued.
