About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Service Configuration Management Analyst to join our team in Australia, where you will be responsible for delivering Configuration Management Services to a diverse clientele. Your proactive approach, independence, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit will be essential as you contribute to our mission of providing high-quality service.
Success in this role requires over 4 years of relevant experience, positioning you as the Configuration Analyst for various accounts responsible for delivering Configuration Management services. Your collaboration with the Customer Operations team, particularly with Change Management and technical teams, will be pivotal in developing and delivering exceptional services.
As a key player, you will ensure the accuracy, trustworthiness, and operational value of Datacom's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Responsibilities include supporting data quality initiatives, CI lifecycle governance, service relationship management, reporting, and driving continuous improvement across customer environments. You will work closely with Service Operations, technical teams, Service Delivery Managers, and tooling teams to ensure that configuration data facilitates effective Change, Incident, Problem, Release, Asset, and Service Management outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with other Datacom Service Operations team members, Service Delivery Managers, and Technical teams. Specifically, you will:
- Assist in delivering Configuration Management services for our customers
- Ensure the effective and seamless execution of these services
- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding the CMDB
- Contribute to meeting the objectives outlined in managed services contracts
- Drive Service Improvements for the Configuration Management Service
- Support processes for CMDB reconciliation and exception reporting
