Role Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, engaging in proactive problem-solving and managing customer issues efficiently. This is an after-hours position where no two days are alike. You will be integral to our Managed Services team, delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and alert monitoring. Utilizing ITIL processes, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests effectively.

Please note that full working rights in New Zealand are required due to client clearance requirements.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is necessary. Day shifts are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, 6 AM - 7 PM.
