Essential Requirements:
- Possession of a Valid/Active Passport.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US, Canada, and Mexico for client deployments and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software implementation experience in a Network Engineer role, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Tableau, iOS, Android, web browsers, and proprietary systems.
- Proficient understanding of RFID technology.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to:
- Computers
- Operating systems
- Software applications
- Computer hardware and peripherals (servers, networking equipment, serial communications devices, and proprietary hardware)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Windows Server infrastructure and networks, as well as Linux operating system and commands.
- Extensive hands-on experience and understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Experience in scripting languages including but not limited to:
- Python
- Windows PowerShell
- SQL
- MongoDB
- AWS CLI (Command Line Interface)
- Capability to interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, survey results, and specifications for installation procedures.
- Experience with networking protocols and concepts including:
- VPN
- Routing
- Ports
- TCP/IP
- Network analysis tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and position solutions to customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in the field.
