As a Service Engineer at Robin Radar Systems, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer-centric approach to provide top-notch installation, maintenance, and support services for our cutting-edge radar systems. Your responsibilities will include worldwide system installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations for our customers. You will play a crucial role in establishing robust customer relationships and upholding our commitment to quality service.
Key Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration: Execute installations and configurations of radar systems globally. Conduct on-site testing and initial calibration to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Collaborate with Project Management teams during the design and planning phase to recommend optimal installations.
Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to mitigate breakdown risks. Document all maintenance activities and service records. Address immediate issues, diagnose malfunctions, analyze root causes, and repair or replace components as necessary, in collaboration with the Systems Team.
Service Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive service reports detailing diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team to foster continuous improvement and product innovation.
Sub-contractor Management & Compliance: Oversee sub-contractors on-site and ensure adherence to service contracts, warranties, and quality standards. Cultivate professional relationships with customers, resellers, and external stakeholders across diverse locations and cultures.
