As a Service Technician, you are the hero our clients rely on. You will conduct maintenance and inspections, reacting swiftly and expertly when issues arise. Your expertise ensures our customers enjoy a warm home and a refreshing shower.
You will blend technical skills with a customer-centric approach, remaining calm under pressure and communicating clearly. During the heating season, your focus will shift more towards resolving issues, while warmer months will see you engaged in preventative maintenance, keeping your role diverse year-round.
Additionally, you will participate in on-call services:
Approximately one weekend on-call duty every four weeks;
One fixed evening on-call duty per week.
