Job Description:
As a leading ServiceNow solution provider, we offer unparalleled capabilities, resources, and experience for federal agency projects. Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Developer, where you will be instrumental in the implementation of ServiceNow for a major federal agency. Collaborate with a dedicated team to implement and configure various modules and functionalities, particularly within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications, including configuration, report generation, and necessary data migrations.
- Conduct custom development as required and facilitate third-party integrations.
- Execute unit testing and resolve defects.
- Manage the migration of changes to the production environment.
- Assist in technical design and documentation processes.
