Post-sale account management will be handled by our dedicated Account Management team.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building a robust pipeline, and seek ownership of a defined territory with significant revenue targets, this position is perfect for you.Your ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (Primary Focus)Prospect and engage with restaurants (both single and multi-unit) and higher education dining operators within your assigned territory.Identify and prioritize high-traffic locations that match our Ideal Customer Profile.Establish connections with key decision-makers (Food Service Directors, Retail Directors, Owners, Franchise Operators, Multi-Unit Operators).Conduct discovery calls, virtual demos, and face-to-face meetings.Develop and manage a healthy pipeline to consistently meet quota.Close new machine placements that align with defined financial and operational standards.Territory Management (Hybrid Model)Primarily work remotely through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Occasional travel within your territory (~25%) to:Perform site visits and qualifications.Advance late-stage deals.Secure executive alignment and finalize new business opportunities.Deal ExecutionManage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.Coordinate installation dates with internal teams.Ensure sites meet qualification criteria prior to contract execution.Accurately forecast pipeline and deal progression.Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce.Performance & AccountabilityYour performance will be evaluated based on:Number of new Botrista machines delivered quarterly.Pipeline generation and coverage.Win rate and deal velocity.Activity levels in alignment with pipeline goals.
