Key Responsibilities:
- Employ technologies such as Angular. JS, JavaScript, SQL, and related frameworks for ServiceNow development.
- Assist in the discovery phase, requirements gathering, and the development of core ServiceNow functionalities.
- Execute multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow.
- Create applications to streamline Employee service requests to HR and support the HR fulfillment process.
- Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major updates to the platform.
- Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts within an Agile framework.
- Grasp backend configurations of ServiceNow, design tests, and generate test data.
- Aid in configuration, change, and release management processes.
- Ensure the timely completion and precision of deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-7 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Proven experience in creating reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile Development and Test Management applications in ServiceNow.
