Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell. Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture. Security Mindset: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements. Communication: Proficient in English with the ability to produce clear technical documentation. Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a sense of ownership regarding the platform.

Join Devoteam as a ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer and be instrumental in the management and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform for our esteemed clients.

As a key player, you will ensure the platform operates seamlessly while spearheading technical improvements that propel the business forward.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: Oversee daily operations, including system monitoring, job scheduling, and MID Server maintenance.
  • Integration Management: Manage and optimize essential integrations such as AD/LDAP, SSO, CMDB, and HR feeds.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver N2/N3 support for critical incidents and system issues.
  • Development & Evolution: Implement small enhancements through Update Sets and scripting (JavaScript).
  • Security & Compliance: Conduct security audits (ACLs, roles, SSL certificates, recertifications) to maintain a secure environment.
  • Automation: Enhance efficiency by automating recurring tasks using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate monthly technical reports and keep runbooks and documentation current.
