The Role
The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) plays a crucial role in ensuring our Quality Cloud customers are set up for success, embodying the entire value proposition behind a Quality Cloud Implementation.
This pivotal position is integral to the sales cycle and project delivery, acting as a solution expert in close collaboration with the Veeva Sales and Services Teams.
Our ideal candidate possesses a passion for Software Implementation and expertise in Life Sciences Quality Sales. You will be responsible for structuring tailored solutions, setting clear expectations, and outlining appropriate project charters, including staffing, timelines, and costs. Deliverables include RFx Responses, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW), as well as recommendations for implementation partners and strategic team alignment before project initiation.
This is a full-time, remote role with no specific location requirement, provided you are near an airport to meet future travel needs.
