This role also involves identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement and maintaining metrics to drive improvements in all areas of Production Services.· Ownership of escalations is required, including troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced querying and programming skills. The ability to resolve complex issues is essential.· Consult with end users to determine optimal equipment and application configurations.· Address problems of minimal to moderate scope, requiring analysis of identifiable factors.· Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.· Provide technology products and service alternatives that enhance the production services environment for client areas.
