- Over 1 year of practical experience in the development and deployment of Custom PowerApps using the MS PowerApps Suite.- Proven experience in creating production-quality PowerApps Custom Canvas and PowerApps Portal solutions, along with proficiency in MS Flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design comprehensive systems to fulfill outlined requirements.

- Collaborate with Government staff and superiors to clarify functional and design specifications, systems architecture, programming guidelines, data elements, validation protocols, data capture methods, and conversion processes.

- Transform functional requirements into systems designs suitable for program development.

- Conduct software testing, including preparing and utilizing sample data.

- Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.

- Create necessary systems documentation as outlined in task orders.

- Consult with Government and Contractor staff to ensure clarity of objectives, identify issues, and propose enhancements.

- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and oversight to junior personnel.

- Design and develop SQL Server/Oracle database architectures and processes.

- Collaborate closely with fellow developers and database administrators.

- Code web applications and work alongside quality assurance teams to resolve identified issues.

- Implement effective security access protocols.

- Develop mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

- Modernize several large classic ASP applications to ASP. NET technology.

- Perform unit testing on modules as per test specifications.

- Update program and test case specifications to address discrepancies.

- Provide insights on user interfaces, essential business rules, and functionalities.
