Position Overview:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving operational and financial objectives. You will perform the duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of senior management, you will be responsible for guiding the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
